can any1 tell me when is full server restart for echange main/sub,im waiting for 6 days and nothing,is there any specific day or how much time i need to wait?

i do change main/sub the friday,if the full restart was on saturday,why i that dont change?

Well, i guess it was the full restart since it took 30 mins + to restart, might be wrong
