Elixir of Life B-Grade

Got a bit stuck here, haven't been playing L2 all that long and I can't seem to find anywhere to buy B-Grade Elixir of Life pots.

Playing on the X15 server, obviously and I have tried most places I can think of to no avail. So if anyone can tell me where I can get some I would be really grateful.

only in market if someone sell or have craft shop
or if you find recipe so you craft for your self

Yeah I already worked out that its only going to be in private stores, my problem is that I have no idea which town I am more likely to find them in.

I have already tried the obvious places like Giran and Aden as well as a few slightly more obscure places, but given the sheer size of the continent it could take me a long time to find the right town.

So if anyone knows of a town where I can definitely get some I'd be really grateful. Even if it's just the recipe, doesn't have to be the actual pots.
