WTF? Why if i shout 2 shouts gm's chat ban me... And its everytime... GM angry or wtf?

i agree wtf, juts logged in did 2 shouts wtf bam 600 min chat ban :<

edit: I see people spamming 2-3 shouts in a row for past hour and they get no chat ban....

I dont think you understand my post.

There is people spamming like mad and get no chat ban.
I did 1 shout, then next shout in 2 min and i got a 600 min chat ban.

so smth is wrong with this autochat ban system.
