PMs when i log in or teleport

i have a small question. everytime i log in or make a teleport i get a pm from one or two different ppl who are talking about ICQ and stuff like that... since they are in russian i dont understand them so im asking what do they mean? i guess they are trying to sell adena for real money isnt this forbidden?
