Account forum banned

A friends account is banned in forum for flood. Is it permanent bann? If not can we know for how long is banned?

my 1st account is banned cause i replied " bot" to a bot post that uses forums for advertise and i know cause i had one at our clan forum, with reason flood (meaningless posts). Is reporting a bot meaningless? If reporting to make ur work easier is meaningless then i am in a loss of words.

check my posts, i had 3 posts: bot at 3 different topics (1 at each) of an advertising bot in forum.. I dont mean any disrespect but it wasnt spam or flood... can it be unbanned? I dont like using Etheriall when my name is Etherial.
