About Voting

Looking some info about voting. If was some changing in this?? Usually reset of vote was about 22:00 polish time, but today I have info: За этот сервер, с таким именем уже голосовали. So now I must wait 24h till next voting??

u cant vote for 1name in some time ... make box with xxxx nick ... and vote one time for him .. and second time for main char ....

Now it's OK, I think it's some problems, with changing time. I have few box  for voting, and then I couldn't vote for any1 char.
