HELP UNBAN

I was banned some weeks ago with some character while botting
all my characters are unbanned by now, but one of them wasnt teleported after unban
he stills in jail

acc: gabbertolini
character: gabbertolini

tried to post it in support zone, but couldnt
I would appreciate if someone moves the post to there
tried to send it to smn, but also couldnt
