got banned

i got banned for using bot program to all of my accounts....i know that was my fault and its ok, but i want to start again playing this server from 0 w/o bot program....i ask for mercy to get unban host or motherboard ip (idk exactly) so i can start again cuz now every new account from this pc iam playing get ban w/o reason...give me 1 opportunity to log again to this wonderfull server.
