hello,from 2days ago when i try to log i saw max window and on next log try i saw acc block when i go for unblock acc i saw 27000rurs cost. what i try with 10new acc i contact to support but still no unswer. anyone have expiriense for that?

How long didn't support answer?
Normally it takes 1 - 5 days.
