Greenery/Cloak of flame event shop

   In attention to GM's,
         Hello,
   In what i remember, on 1 server, was a summer offert at gallent Learner, where everyone who have greenery on chars can trade back for i think 85-90% rur back if want to move the greenery on other char;
   Possible to get that priviledge back also on Victory x7?
