my acc is banned (suspended)

Hello,
I play normally, without any bots.but mobs of murdering,where there was 10 bots.All complained administrator.and I was banned himself.just playing, I get disconnected.Playing without any program, admin did not even as online or not,just felt like it and Banned. I do not really understand this kind of behavior...(char nick DOMINUOJU)

Such problems we discuss in support. Ban is a result of several checks made on each player. Every ban has clear gm desc, which every gm can see and understand why person was banned. Lots of players bot while on pc, so text msg is pointless and answer doesnt change anything.

I played without any program!! and their even have never had and do not use. playing himself I received a ban along with others. who actually use the program. everywhere was appealed.admin really made a mistake, that I Banned, because I am a normal player.level roads in the area in 3 days,So I saw the situation.For bots appealed to Skype and Facebook,but the matter was on me.

y but i have a little bit diff question what if i had party with boter but i didnt know that? many times ppl are on adrenaline and they are near pc so they can talk with u and other sh1ts so what in that situation? (couse i have friend and he got bann couse he was afk but on pt with botter)

If it's the same clan, cp => full pt ban, if it's random party then I hope they don't ban for it, coz it's not so easy to see... especially dd's.

Well its kind of complicated, i should ban full party no matter if its random or not. But in reality it depends, every case is different and i check every single player in party. If majority is on bot even if its random party i will ban everyone however in description of ban i will have detailed information about player. So if such person makes complaint i can view it and judge what to do next. At the beginning it was very hard on everyone but now after lots of complaints we try to treat it a bit more individually, however rules stay the same so full party ban.

The reality is, with the amount of people you have you can afford to just ban people. Im pretty sure you wouldnt behave like this if you only had lets say 1.5k people or something like that.

Fact is, people who do not bot get banned and there is no way to prove you're innocent since there is also no way to prove you're guilty. You rely on the judgement of people who banned you, but the fact is they cannot themselves prove anything. At most they can conclude that you're also botting, if someone else is. But its  not definitive, saying members X Y Z were botting so the rest 6 should get banned also, is so ludacris. Specialy in a random party.

Not to mention how much it costs to unban.. 10 euros? I understand why banning is so important, its your way of making money.

i've read your story in the other topic but you have to understand what is dangerous to your char, leaving your char afk while others are botting is the same thing as botting yourself. you can see if someone is botting in one minute for how he's moving/targetting things. for sure the guy that was reported in your party was the MA. you are the first that should judge if you want to risk a ban for easy afk exp with a stranger.
