Error

Hey, I get this error when trying to start the client.. I downloaded the system patch, tried to update with the updater. Removed system folder and re-downloaded it. Anyone with the same problem or a solution for it?

Are you using AVAST anti-virus? If not what kinda of anti-vir software are you using? Try disabling it and run again.

No. Only Windows Defender and it's inactivated.

That's pretty weird. Do you perhaps use any other security/cleanup software, that's based on virtualization technologies with sandbox functions? Or do you have any Hyper-V elements enabled in windows components? From what I know, users who had installed AVAST specifically, on their computers had the exact same problem. After removing it, the issue was resolved. Usually the server's protection system denies running game client in a virtual machine, like vmware, virtual box etc.

You should contact the technical support via our support system and explain the situation.

I am not good enough with computers to know what that means.  ??? But I submitted a ticket and we'll see if they can help me. Thanks for the help  :).

I can't think of another reason that could cause this. I hope support can resolve your problem.

They answered now, they said they are working on the problem.  :o

Seems like I will miss many of the starting days.  :(

My problem was solved when uninstalling Ad-Aware  ;D

I told you it had something to do with a security program. I'm glad it all worked out.
