Can`t Take oly tokens with 9 fights

All went fine with my main char and with my friend`s ol who had 9 fights done, but my se (char nick : Arahja 9 fights 8 loss 1 win around 9 points, unfortunately didnt get a screen) isn`t marked in ranking, and cant recieve any oly tokens. (20k for last rank!) So if any gm can please check if i made some retarded mistake and done 8 fights or it`s some kind of bug, and i can get my tokens. Thanks in advance.
