acc problem

hi.

when i try to login on my account (site ) always ask me about secret word
the problem is , i never type something like this.
i try to reset my pass. after i get the mail. again the site ask me about the secret word!
what can we do about it?

yes....the first thing i do before posting is do go on this sections (support) there is nothing there about secret word*

You have to write the ticket about ur problem with secret word and admins will reset it as I posted before.
