often Disconnects

around 2 am GMT+2   23/2/2011 , a friend and I who play from Finland experience disconnect every 10 to 30 minutes, then for almost 3-5mins we cant log but when we log after 10-30 mins again we get dced....the problem is that only the 2 of us who are playing from Finland have this problem and started the time i mentioned....check it pls when possible

Me and a few other friends from Sweden is also having massive disconnects... happens like once every 10 minutes...
