this Lithuanian ip is reloging randomly ppl from our clan app for 3minutes..

any1 onelse with this problem ? wtf is that and where that guy gains all those logins ?

I have one question, why ip filter can be reset via change pass at menu?  
an example: hacker got control over mail, then use forgot pass? In account menu.
Hacker got acc password at mail and after that can log without filter.
