Well i guess it might depend on if your a hardcore farming random like me or not but its not necessarily that much better for topclans at least. : P

nothing helping ramdoms  price of celtus and 12/13 cry bogs are only in service  of big clans so they get adena to sell on ebay
one good event can make big difference
put event with some 11/12 cry so ramdoms can get  sa on wepons atleast it will be nice balance

Or better throw 3-4k cry 13 on square of towns........come on get a grip I'm random and I got SA. PPL will always QQ for bit clans get more stuff.......so go enter big clan and you will have SA if you don't know how to get it other way.

well last time there was a .. "misunderstanding" about baiums @ x30, the server got wiped because somebody forgot to backup servidors database for 45 days.
