At 18:20 GMT USSR [х15] will be rolled back to the morning backup - 00:00 GMT - for a second time.
It happened due to circumstances beyond our control, because of unceasing problems in datacenter.
Today's donation and vote coins will be soon restored.
Compensation measures for other game factors will be announced later.
