Saga of Doomcyer bugged

The tablet in WoA is buged and will not spawn the mob needed to do Saga of Doomcyer quest. Here is a screen shot of what i get.

191045, - 40253,-3016 near the town of goddart
saga of doomcryer nickname : AnalVirgin

plx fix it fast
