PROBLEM with excnhange main to sub!

yesterday i made the excange from main to sub at the site section and took me 900 rur.in the section it says after restart server the change will be made.....At 4:30 server restarted but nothing change on my char ..can any gm inform whats going on?

you need full restart so this one probably wasnt full
