login problem

Hi guys, me and my gf share ic with a router, we have 2 comps connected.Since yesterday when i log it shows weird note-change ip filter and password.Pls help.

change ur password and then go to site ono iP filter press no ip filter and then change ip filter and i think it will work

better explanation if i may add, go at site log ur account, ip option. delete the numbers u see there, press no ip filter and unclick the boxes below. confirm. change ur pass and done
