Hey, a friend of mine got scammed..

I wanna know 2 things.. First is, if someone else except him got scammed...
2nd is , i dont need any of his items.. I just wanna know who did it, IP, from where he is.. Its really weird, cause we play from a high security net cafe, and we also use IP filters! Please any response would be welcomed..
