I have enchanted Paagrios fist on power +1 and it give +810 max CP, but it doesnt give CP ! It have to give max CP and CP ofc...

yes, same problem i saw and at Official server, but it realy must be fixed.

Easy to fix i suppose
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:
