Are these quests exist on our server (x15) ? And if yes, where do they start? I  went to npc Croop in Oren's Warehouse and he had nothing for me (i am 79 lvl). If someone knows tell me or give me a link of the quest

This quest comes with Gracia Epilogue so we dont have the 7sings quest
