Unfair ban

Dear Support Team, I write to you on behalf my friends, who you banned today, because they doesn't speak english very good.
We play in you X15 server. The Chars are the following - PROFESSOR -Sexypow -Empoalex -Manesa -Breakdance -Sexysong
You write in the ban list that they are bot. They are not.
They are a family of 2 brothers and 1 sister. They have 3 pcs in their house.
They always log 2 windows from each pc. This is according to the server rules.
Why you decided to ban these chars?
The paradox is that we play together most of the time. I am in their party. Am I bot too?
What clarifications do you need to provide to you, in order to have a good time to this server?

I have seen that screenshot in this section of the site that's why I post here.
Somebody post a screenshot and say something
Is it true?
What bot means in this server?
All characters are active they don't have any walker or any other support program.
I know that because the players don't know english and we play 3 years together.
Did you check the ip?
Did you check something before make any action?
From that screanshot I understand that nobody in this server must follow. You have to kill mobs as soon as you teleport?

The same person golfer has reported oneman for the same reson follow
Why oneman has the reson multiboxing and professor bot?
Why oneman can play again 1/1/2011 and professor 21/12/2012?
What are the resons?
