HellKnight-shield of revenge doesent work

Temporarily reflects damage from melee attack skills back to the enemy.
skill doesent work, the reflect is 0 80kk sp gone for nothing.
someone should do something about this, the skill is very important.

This is not java server where most of skills doesn't work... remember that there is chance of reflect.. it is not 100%.......

u can come  and hit me 1 hour and u wont get any reflect. so just tell me what is the rate 000000.00001%?, i'v played with hk i now what can do sheild of revenge and it was oficial server not java.i'm not a nooby to post w/o  any experiance and info about it. so belive me when i told , doesent work, or if it work land rate is very low.

u have already one skill for reflect hits so why should u have anohter one wiht same effect?

79 skill is reflecting only skills and the lowbie one hits

1) i didnt made this game
2)dont speek if u dont know anything
3)go play single players games

now about that skill any gm,moderator anybody who was time not now becaose is crismas, if u have 1 min time u dont need more we can meat in game and test it to see for real the skill

ps: hk is based on reflect dmg that whay he has low skills reflect dmg, and when  he reach at hight lvl he get another skills much better then other ones.sheild of revenge should work like this u hit 1000 reflect dmg will be 600-800 dmg depends. so belive me this skill worth all sp points and time for players who made HK.

Its not a fucking reflect, the translation of the description is wrong.

When a melee attack effect is used on the HK using Shield of Revenge there is a 40% chance that you perform a counter attack with 5893 power + character patk on thet arget.

This procs on regular single target melee skills (not aoe skills), lethal strikes, and failed lethal strikes.
