Change Ip Filter

I'm having a problem with the ip filter, when I try to log it tells me that I need to change the ip filter from the account manager on the site .... when i go to the site clicking on the link to  change it  I don't get the mail. .... I have already tried tonight and at 2am and  today at 13pm, the mail is still arriving.
I already tried searching the forums but I havn't found anything that would help.

P.S. ah last night I tried to use the trade bot ...... and from that moment that gave me the error.
