Transform Sealbook - Vale Master

i wondering why NC SOFT remove it from database in GF ? This transformation was to strog or somthing else ?
on RPG club database its  too removed

I check that still  IT NPC  have it in option - but there is no place where we can get this spellbook


There is any chance to bring it back to drop list   because this is really cool loking  transformation ?

Any GM could answer me?

the only good thing it had was cleanse.... divine healer cleanse has faster re-use ...
kinda easier to make a lvl 80 bishop/ee/se than farm 3 days at those 2 groups of mobs for 1 in a million chance

That book doesn't exists here. It was already checked and reported few times on x5 and nothing happends so don't count on that.
