LOL Materials have to be 1-15 chanse since its x15 server. Everything lower will fuck up economy and push prices in to the sky. (For all materials)

EDIT: And for parts,blades,... should be 1x amount and x15 chanse.

Lets keep server balanced with exp rate?If you gonna really put x1 amount for mats on x15 exp rate you must be nuts, half of server gonna be in Stakato nest and in FOD farming for mats. Is stupid, if you raising exp rate to x15 you can't have other rates same as on x5 since you lvl 3x faster, so try to figure out how it is gonna look like...
