Only one mob drops it now. You can't get Earth Stones from Shades because GMs won't fix group item dropping. You can't get Wind Stones from any low mob. As far as I know only Chimeras of <Element> drop now, and you need a high lvl party to do those.

You can get earth stones from IOP, desert/chimeras in hb, u just need an active group.

We killed about 200 of them and didn't get one.

It's not the shades... But wind stones really drop in IoP
