Error running the updater

I rub the updater.in order to connect the server and i see the message 'rpgupdater.exe-application error......The application failed to initialize properly.What should i do to connect the server.thnx in advance

Install .net framework.

Did u rub it hard and fast?
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:
