Lag issues

Well im posting here in my friends behalf, he's been having some major lag issues lately.

He's using battle ping and he's still getting some delays that range from few seconds to half a minute or more.


with battleping (germany)

The thing is, the route isn't changing even with battleping, and he told me he's not using proxifier or anything. (any help to get it working would be welcome)

Any help would be apreciated, thx in advance.
