info about some skills

hi, i've some questions:
bluff, mental attack or stun type attack?
why the stun duration is variable? what influences the duration?(i think if u do a X dmg stun can end)
mirage is a mental attack too?
skills crit are based on str, +1str=%?

bluff both, it has 3 effects: chance to drop target, chance to turn with back and chance to stun
from what i've noticed, stun duration is influenced by his resist to it, con etc.
mirage is mental, yea

but like bluff stun, the description say 9sec, but usually not. i think there is an other stuff that influenced duration.
i missed one thing, shield buffs like bless shield and advanced block, works only on tanks or work on all chars with
equiped shield?
