Item skill: vampiric touch

I got a active vampiric touch on my weapon by augmenting it. I noticed that it got 5min cooldown. I dont know if it should be like that, if not, i wish you could fix it to have normal nuke augment cd. Thanks for advance.

its not bugged on retail its 5 minutes too

oh, ok, sound funny thou.. i thought its like a nuke skill also.. pretty unusable then :/
