This is not really a bug report, more like a reminder.

Since this server was a TEST server the mercenary captains were disabled. I thought they would be re-enabled after some time but i guess admin forgot cause i see they are working fine on the other servers. So, if you are kind enough, will you please enable them? :)
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

You should have seted Gludio+Dion for sieges then :) but still no worries just set the siege date ;)

Gludio is and is 3 am in the morning from friday to saturday for most of the Europe lol.

You nab i saw your post ''We are Russia not Europe Number 1111'' hahaha ;) well you wanted an ENG speaking server so you gonna balance the time zone to population of ppl not from where is server located.
