Can't Target Anything

So .   I was hoping to log in and play this morning , because it's a good time  avoiding spiritshots' / shots'   lag . . 
As I was trying to target any npc / pc   I was stuck in one point .  If i canceled the target with Esc.  I had a chance to move once again  . 
the bad thing is that I can't see my target window ( I've done the initialize thing a lot this morning )  . So , what's wrong ? 
Everything's ok for my clan mate   ,  and everything is pretty f**ked  up for me ;/

I have exactly same problem (only difference is that i'm playing on x30). When i'm running updater it checking files, say's that everything is OK and let me play, but when i'm trying to target someone it's just doesn't work. I tried reinstalling game and to rerun updates as well as downloading system files from link on main english page, also switching off antivirus and firewall. Nothing helped. I would appreciate any clue why it is happening and how fix it.

Try to download full update (90mb one) and unpach it to your l2 folder

Thanks for your answer but it also didn't worked. Aditionally i tried to install L2 on my other computer (both running win 7 one is 32 and other 64bit) and there is same issue.

EDIT:
Problem solved. The reason was the way of my internet connection, traffic going through my linux server with sqiud proxy was recognized by antibot as cheat. When i connect without this server everything works perfectly fine and im able to target my enemies and kill them very quickly  .
