because in GFobt in npc chat, appears first part in Russian and then English, and the first to appear HFobt English?
I wonder if when you open the new server, which will build it?
English language first? or Russian?

if memory serves me correctly.. on x5 and x15 you could change client default language, also the npc html was eng first followed by rus. except of course for a couple random custom npc that really served no purpose in-game.

if it is to be the same as x5 and x15, one can only assume npc html dialogue will be eng first followed by rus; except for a few random npc that serve no purpose to game function. grant it the random npc im speaking of will even exist again.
