Still more nicks in Cirilic (Russian nicks)

If you can check data base for Russian nicks, cose there is still nicknames that are in Russian. I mean how the hell to /target name   if  80% of people don't even got those letters on keyboard. So pretty much creating an bishop in Cirilic makes him really hard to target.
