Nuke fire aug!? Wind aug!?

So was trying to get some nuke augment and this pops up...

So.. it says fire type atack, but its called tempest (afaik that's the name of spellhowler's aoe wind nuke) and it has the cast animation of an hurricane/tempest from spellhowler as well.. Is this normal or a bad description of nuke? What attri it is afterall :'D

I was doing more dmg with Fire on weapon instead of wind just the animation is like tempest the skill is fire attribute
