problem with updater/client

Hi, when i try to turn on updater i get "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)," what do i need to ti fix this?
If i try to lauch l2 in system folder i get massage that something bad with my RAM. Please help me :/

Everything started when i re-instal my windows.
