Unable to trade certain items

Since one of the latest updates its not possible to trade some items, i.e cp pots, greater hp pots and forgotten scrolls. One of my friends also had problems with trading ewa. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a new feature but especially the one about forgotten scrolls irritates me a lot. Grateful for replies.
