H5 frenzy under 60% (was changed from 30%) = GF Frenzy with 30%+ HP

Imo thats not so big a deal since not been able to kill Anthy/Valakas will affect only 1 clan right now.Bigger problem is BOGs prices from oly and trading stones for crystals option which will affect rest of the 4-5k population.But thats just NPC changes so maybe you can do something about that

BoG prices from oly wont be changed in part 3 if im not wrong.
