Where is Leikan guard in Gludin, for assasin path quest ?

I´m searching this npc, and he isnt in the city. It should be in the north entrance but he isnt there.

Thx a lot dude, iwas searching in Gludio not gludin lol. But thx to your screenshot has realised that was in an incorrect city.
