Skills 81/83

I have a question: Where can I get a FS for skills from 81 and 83, some of them at SOI but what with rest? Like Will Fighters etc.?

Protection of elemental from tiat is not listed, dunno if it drops from ekimus as well though.

I'm finding this list when I'm looking info about FS for 81 lvl skils, and info about that is properly .
If more RB droped FS for Protection it's nice.
