Change password failure

Hi a member of my cp name Pernicius class Doombringer changed his password some days ago.
After he changed it he got disconnect in game.And since then he cant login.Pernicius does not remember his e-mail
account thats the main problem i guess.We have already sent tickets to help us but nothing yet.I whould really appreciate if some gm could contact me in game.Thanks.
