Change e-mail on wepside - problem

Hello.

I've changed e-mail on website. I paid 249RUR's. I wrote everythig corectly. When i want 'recovery password' and make there my new e-mail - site wrote 'njewiernyje danje' i guess it works, it is not corectly email   Is it possible will it work after server restar ? i did it few hours ago.

If character is naked, on acc is only 1 char - change mail is cheaper -,-

i heard change email price is calculated by how much chars u got, noble status, subs, hero status, levels
