3 box's + 1 with VIP acc, but i cant log in to any account

Sometimes the amount of boxes you can log in is limited to 1 due to high server traffic, but that shouldn't be the case all the time. If, like you said, the problem has been persisting for 3 days, there might be some technical problem involved. Please contact our support, so they can check your account.

Having offline shop counts as open window. And I think that is the case.

Loggin a chat that has the PA and +Window increases the limit for a +1 (from PA), so you can log additional box, but the char has to be in game.
