Just saying that there are some classes which would love to use dynasty sets/weapons. Would be nice if you reconsider about opening Hellbound in a week or so... Jumping from A grade to s80+ is no fun

dynasty set itself is total bullshtj. you need dynasty essences to upgrade armors. and these comes from HB.

Bump for this, this should be open by Server on its maximum lvl very soon, ppl not gonna open it by themselves since there's few classes that need it and ppl is going straight to vesper and so.
