Zealot - Tutorial for Noob

Can u guys please tell me how i can quickly decrease my health to reach ZEALOT on titan? (for PvE purpose mostly) I got Moirai hvy set,  homunkulus with conversion, yaksa mace with health; is there something more i need?

Doom heavy set can help and also talisman of self-destruction, but u can find a lot of guides for this (google is your friend).
