Boxes in Game

Hello, im new and i cant find a post with that information

In Information about server is written:
"1-3 boxes at start, depending on server load."
but when i want use my main account and one box i cant
login second account and is written "max window reached!"

Administration disable dualbox because server
and it's forever or only for time to stabilizate server?
I only want answer for this.

It's not forever without dual box. Right now server still has high online so it's difficult to log boxes, specially around afternoon - evening but it doesn't mean you cannot log them at all.

For better chance to be able to log more windows, you can buy extra boxes (1-2) on website for 25 - 50 RURs - option +Window.
